Who Did It?


The author is James Dashner, and he was born In Georgia on November 26, 1972.  As a child, he loved to read.  He attended Brigham Young University in Utah, where he majored in Accounting.  He worked in the field of finance after he graduated from college, but he decided to try writing.  His first book was A Door in the Woods, which was published on June 1, 2003.  Since that time, he has written several books for teenagers and young adults, including series such as The Thirteenth Reality and The Maze Runner.  His book, The Maze Runner, was on the New York Times Best Seller List for a year, and it is scheduled to be released as a motion picture in September 2014.  He lives in Utah with his wife and four children.

I love the picture you used for the setting of the book. That picture helped me "see" the setting better. The video for your "The First 48" post was great! You guys are doing great! Keep it up!
