Higgin

This character has similar characteristics to me. One of them is the way that he helps others even though he might not fit in. He also tried to be as informational as possible to Thomas when he knew little himself. Another trait is Chuck’s boldness and reaction in tight squeezes. He would even sacrifice himself for others. The last trait is his friendliness. He is kind and helpful from day one that Thomas arrived to the end. He tries to warn others of things that he knew was dangerous even though people don’t always listen to him. These are all characteristics that I think are similar to mine.

Chuck isn't the glader’s brightest guy,

But he’s got a personality that is pretty fine,

He goes out to save his friend,

He only wishes to stay till the end.

Hoping to still be a good friend,

Poem

This is a 1 stanza poem. Out of three choices I chose literature over drawing or singing. This poem is about the way that I think the author described Chuck. He isn't the one that knows the most in the glade and he is somewhat an outsider. He fits in more than Thomas and is relieved to not be the “Greenbean.” (newbie). He is nice to people and tries to explain what he can. He is very bold and would risk his life for his close friends. This sacrifice may have to be made with Thomas and Trina coming and the change.
